Teysen's knows that you care about how your personal information is recorded and used. We do not share personal information that we collect online with any outside source. This documentation describes our privacy policy. By visiting teysens.com, you thereby accept the practices described in this privacy documentation.

Our online privacy policy applies solely to information that we collect from online customers who visit teysens.com; it does not apply to any information collected at our retail store.

Contained in this documentation, the word "computer" means any device used to connect to teysens.com, including all mobile devices.

Information That You Give Us: The information that you enter on our website, we receive and store. You may choose not to provide certain information, but this will limit your ability to purchase products on teysens.com, or to sign up for special offers.

If / when you place an order with teysens.com, your contact information will be used to communicate related information, such as order and shipment numbers and confirmation, requests for more information, and customer service requests to facilitate the processing of your order or any questions you may have. You may opt-out of these communications by canceling your order and or Contacting Us.

We may use customer contact information from the "Sign up for email specials" form, if you choose, to send you company related information and to inform you of sales, special offers and promotions. If you receive a non-order related email and you do not want to receive such emails in the future, notify us by Contacting Us with a message line reading "Unsubscribe Me" and type your email address into the body of said message. For example, you provide information asking a question through email; placing an order through teysens.com or provide information to create your account with us (you may have more than one account if you have used more than one e-mail address when shopping with us); communicate with us by phone, e-mail, or otherwise; complete the "Sign up for email specials" form. Automatic Information Collection: When you purchase any product online, or create an account, we will receive and store information that you provide or that is generated by your actions. If you send us any email, we will retain such email and your email address for response.

What are "Cookies"? Alphanumeric identifiers which we place on your computer's storage system via your web browser are referred to as "Cookies". Information Sharing

Sharing with our Contractors: We may employ other companies and individuals to perform tasks for teysens.com. Examples include order fulfillment, package delivery, postal mail and e-mail communications, customer lists management, data analysis, marketing assistance and credit card processing. Said companies and individuals will have access to personal information needed to perform said tasks, but they are not permitted to use such information for other purposes without permission from teysens.com.

Promotional Offers: We may send offers on behalf of teysens.com if we believe that you may be interested in receiving these offers. If, after receiving a non-order related email, you do not want to receive such emails in the future, you can notify us of your desire to unsubscribe via our Contact Us form.

Legal Requirements: We may release your account and/or personal information if we believe release is deemed necessary to comply with the law, in enforcement of our privacy policy and other agreements, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of teysens.com, our users, or others. Said information may be released or exchanged with other companies and organizations in order to protect against fraud. Teysens.com must cooperate with law enforcement and judicial authorities, and may provide personal information to government authorities when given a subpoena or court order, or in order to cooperate with a law enforcement investigation. Teysens.com reserves the right to report to law enforcement agencies activities that we believe are illegal.

Security of information storage by teysens.com

During transmission of your information to our website, we will always use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which will encrypt information you input. We reveal only the last four digits of your credit card number when confirming an order, credit card information is then stored securely and encrypted in our data base where we then retrieve the information for credit card processing.

Anyone who has access to your computer may be able to access our website and conduct transactions in your name but they will need your personal password and user name and will not have access to any credit card information because this information is not stored in an accessible way. We do not have the ability to know exactly who has access to your computer, or to your credit card information, or those who have been authorized to use said computer or information. Therefore, you will be held responsible for any transactions made in your name by persons with access to your computer or credit card number.

Accessing, Changing or Modifying Personal Information
If you have created an account or made purchases from teysens.com, our site will provide you access to review your account information. You can do this by signing on to teysens.com and clicking the "My Account" link at the top of the page or by Contacting Us with the requested changes. You may also send a message by postal mail with the requested changes to our mailing address listed under Contact Us at the top of the web site.

Choosing to Opt-Out
You will always have the opportunity to choose not to provide information. If you do make the choice not to provide information, we may not have enough information to process your orders or help you with customer service information. If you choose to update any information that we store about you, teysens.com may retain a copy of said previous information for record keeping purposes.

We Reserve the Right to Change These Terms

Whether you have viewed our privacy policies or not, those policies will still completely govern any use of teysens.com. We reserve the right to update and/or change these privacy policies at any time and from time to time, as we deem appropriate. It is your responsibility to regularly review this privacy policy for changes and/or updates.

Use of teysens.com by Children

Teysens.com does not condone the purchase of our products by children. Our products are to be purchased by adults. People under the age of 18 may use teysens.com only with consent or involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
